Publishing animal use statistics - New webinar from UAR

In the lead up to the publication of Great Britain’s 2024 animal research statistics, this webinar will look at how Concordat on Openness signatories proactively share their animal use data with the public. We will look at how this complex data can be used to explain why, how and when animals are used in scientific research. This will include looking at how the data is presented, what data to include, and how supporting information such as case studies can give additional context.

This webinar will primarily focus on giving advice to organisations that carry out animal research who want to explore new ways to present this data. However, we will also include tips for funders who want advice on how to share data on the proportion of research they fund that involves animals.

The webinar will take place on 24 April, 12:00-13:00 BST.

This webinar is open to everyone. A recording of this webinar will be made available to UAR members.
