10 Years of Progress

"No more threats, no more fear, animal research wanted here."

Yesterday we celebrated the 10-year anniversary of Pro-Test and how the rally has led to 10 years of openness surrounding animal research. Since 2006 there has been a marked drop in animal rights extremism in the UK. Researchers are no longer scared to discuss their work and in 2014 the Concordat on Openness on Animal Research was launched to encourage public engagement.

Congratulations to Laurie, congratulations to Pro-Test and here’s to another 10 years of openness and public engagement surrounding animal research.
