Animal Scientific Procedures Act 63/2010/EU

A symposium - Time for Change - was held on 27 April 2012 to discuss the transposition of the Animal Scientific Procedures Act 63/2010/EU into UK law. Changes to the UK legislation on the use of animals in scientific procedures will come into force from 2013. The potential impact of the draft legislation on work practices was discussed.
