Science website launches

Posted: on 27/02/12

In 2010 UAR decided that our sister site AnimalResearch.info was in need of a bit of sprucing up! AnimalResearch.info is a global resource for evidence-based information on the use of animals in medical research. It covers the diseases studied, the animals used and the type of studies scientists perform, the Nobel prizes won as a result of animal research and much more.

Among our wish lists for the re-vamp was a clean modern look, a re-structure of our content and an improved search function, to allow our visitors to get hold of the information they want easily and quickly. You can see the results by going to AnimalResearch.info. We hope you’ll be impressed.

Phase 2 will see the site translated into four European languages, to extend the global reach of the site. You can look out for our launch of the language sites and plenty of new content in the coming months. And if you have any ideas of areas the site should cover, or articles you’d like to write for it, let us know by going to the Contact Us page of the site.
